• Demolition of 48,000 sq ft

• Rebuilding 60,000 sq ft

• Including an elevated 49,000 sq ft grocery store

Responsibilities included:

• Budget 

• Timeline 

• Coordination of design professionals and contractors 

• Coordination of entitlement process and construction management

  Project is currently under construction and projected for completion in September 2024.
